Service Usage

SociaGrowthPanel provides social media marketing services intended to enhance the online visibility and engagement of social media accounts. By placing an order through our platform, you confirm that you are authorized to use the account or content associated with your order and that your use of our services complies with the Terms of Service of the respective social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and others.

Our services are designed to improve the appearance and visibility of your social media presence. However, we do not guarantee increased engagement, sales, revenue, or long-term account growth beyond the services purchased.

Order Processing & Delivery

Once an order is placed, it is immediately forwarded to our system for processing. Delivery times vary depending on the selected service, order quantity, and current system load. Any estimated delivery time displayed on the website is provided for reference only and should not be considered a guarantee.

Occasionally, changes made by social media platforms may affect service speed, refill eligibility, drop rates, or overall performance. In such situations, SociaGrowthPanel cannot be held responsible for delays or changes beyond our control. We reserve the right to replace or modify a service with an equivalent alternative whenever necessary to ensure successful order completion.

Pricing Policy

Service prices displayed on SociaGrowthPanel are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and accepted into our system.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete order information, including valid profile links, usernames, and post URLs. Orders submitted with incorrect, invalid, private, restricted, or inaccessible links may fail to process and are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

Customers should avoid placing identical orders from multiple providers simultaneously, as doing so may interfere with delivery results. SociaGrowthPanel accepts no responsibility for inaccurate delivery caused by duplicate orders placed with other providers.

Refund Policy

All deposits made to your SociaGrowthPanel account are final and non-refundable. Once funds have been successfully added to your account balance, they cannot be transferred back to your original payment method.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have entered processing. If an order cannot be completed due to technical reasons or becomes permanently undeliverable, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your SociaGrowthPanel account balance for future use.

Submitting payment disputes, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment reversals after receiving services or adding funds constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions. SociaGrowthPanel reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent payment activity and may revoke any services previously delivered.

Refill & Service Guarantee

Certain services include refill or replacement protection for a specified duration as mentioned in the service description. Refill eligibility applies only under the stated conditions and within the applicable refill period.

Accounts that already have a large existing audience, such as profiles exceeding approximately 100,000 followers, subscribers, views, or likes, may not qualify for refill protection due to the inability to accurately determine the source of natural fluctuations.

Changes made by social media platforms may also affect refill availability, non-drop guarantees, or service stability. SociaGrowthPanel cannot guarantee permanent retention where external platform updates alter service behavior.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information submitted through SociaGrowthPanel is used solely for account management, order processing, payment verification, and customer support. We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personal information to third parties except where required by law or necessary for payment processing.

Reasonable technical and organizational security measures are implemented to protect customer information against unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse.

Limitation of Liability

SociaGrowthPanel shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, account suspensions, content removal, loss of followers, reduced engagement, profile restrictions, monetization issues, or any action taken by social media platforms.

Customers acknowledge that all social media services carry inherent risks, and platform policies may change without notice.

Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use SociaGrowthPanel to promote illegal activities, hateful content, harassment, fraud, violence, adult content, copyrighted material without authorization, or any content that violates the policies of the relevant social media platform.

Any account found engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or unauthorized transactions, may be suspended immediately without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms

By using SociaGrowthPanel, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. Continued use of our services following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
